my day
i had work today. it was actually not that bad! i got to actually see someone outside of my family on the weekend! it was so weird! afterward becca c-w was like, let's go get food. sooo... we went and got food! it was really fun! we went to this little greek restaurant on the ave, and it was really cheap and they had this really good deep-fried cheese. mmmmmm. okay, that sounds gross, but it was a really sharp and really good cheese. it also might have been pan-fried. actually, it probably was. but then i ordered some pasta, and it had sooo much garlic in it. basically if you ever have to go on a date w/ someone and don't want to kiss them then go to this restaurant and order this dish, cause my breath is still garlic-y (and we ate at like 5/5:30). then we went to the mix and the guy was like "i feel bad about not having fudge," i ordered fudge and they were out, "so let's just say i won't charge you and you tip me!" it was sooo cool! we got ice cream for like $2 bucks each! schweet! then i went back to lakeside cause becca left her car there.
and then i went home. becasue elena was like, "i don't have a car" and zach was like "i'm on capital hill". and basically then i was on my way home, because calling 2 people to see if they wanted to do something was really outta my shell/comfort zone. and then i went to fred meyer and looked in the electronics department for like a 1/2 hour because my fam was at din din w/o me and i had some time to waste. and i really wanted to buy Zoo Tycoon, cause it's actually a REALLY fun game!
and then tonight my mother comes into my room and is really frustrated and she's like "andrew what are you doing? what do you want to do tonight? do you want to go into seattle?" and i'm like, WTF!? what'd i do? "do you want to go to lisa's? a movie?" and now i'm really confundido cause my mom just asked me if i wanted to go to lisa's, and i'm totally not friends w/ her (not maliciously, just state-of-fact-ly). apparently jessica didn't want to go to lisa's alone(?). that's weird. they're good friends.
and i've decided to start calling people a lot more. so expect to get phone calls from me, and i'll expect the answer to be yes. (because i always hope for the best! hehe)
