haha, no. but the computers that we're setting up together hate us! wah. but hey, i get paid for the more hours i work! and i think she's basically giving me an "i love you" bonus! YAY!
yeah, no kidding. aside from the fact that the concept is way too weird to wrap my brain around. still though, tengo que desarollar algunos marketable skills. :F (sadly, i had more of those as a middle schooler selling layouts than i do now. WOES)
aww, thanks. i really don't have the time though, and i have like... /standards/ now, so i don't want to start selling people layouts until i have a better foundation on coding - my html and css is fine, but frankly my javascript manip (beyond basics) and flash experience suck, and i don't know a thing about php, asp, etc which a good web developer should.
(i propose that we corner will some lunch and force him to give up all his mad computer & internet skills to us!)
haha, yes! i'm soo mad that i'm not taking web devel 1 right now! i'm taking stupid esci, and it's the most boring class ever, and everyone in it agrees!!!!! AHHHHHH!!!! but yes, my html is okay, and my CSS is enuf that I can find codes and manipulate them. my understanding of javascript is that it looks somewhat like a computer programming language layout, so i'd see it being easy to understand, i just got reaaaally confused when i started trying to learn the code and syntax. wow. but yes, basically php would be cool, but not necessary, and flash, asp, xml, cgi-crap, blah blah blah, is all important to know. but it's just a freaking layout.... i mean, you're not making the whole site!
yeah but php is one of the most efficient methods of coding, and even the amateur teenbopper disgusting pink retina-burning sites use it now -- they don't understand how it works, they just use it, but that's where i'd like to differ. and dude FLASH. you like, /have/ to learn flash to get anywhere. dynamic elements are a big plus, and while i can imitate some basic flash stuff with javascript and dhtml effects, javascript is limited and dhtml behaves differently from browser to browser. :F
...except not really. that would imply that php is bulkier than html, and it's really a lot more streamlined. not to mention it does not become an artificial hermaphrodite.
but your hair doesn't get molested by alla.
