Muffins and Challenges
These are some muffins I decorated at home, feeling inspired by the way they do it at the cafe where I work.
This job really challenging. There are so many things to learn and details to remember. The pressure is on to not make too many mistakes. But at the end of the day my boss will tell me that I'm doing excellently which makes up for all the snappy complaints. It's challenging in a way that is satisfying and inspiring. I haven't felt challenged in the same way before and it's great.
PS to make chocolate glaze like this melt some chocolate chips in a cup with a little olive oil. Top with a single unmelted chocolate chip! These also have some small seeds sprinkled on them.
