So, I'm scared. LISTEN!
Detective Melala!
For the past few years, I've been doing some musicals and plays at the Richey Suncoast Theatre, which I've heard is a sort of... historical part of the city. But I didn't really KNOW about it. Two years ago, I was in the Christmas show there, and the other people in the cast told me about the... DUN DUN DUNNNNN... ghost who haunntsss the theater! SPOOOKkkkkyyyyy! And anyone on stage can see... whenever the balcony of the theater is empty, there is one seat that always has a dark shadow on it. It's really weird. Every other seat is lit up, except that one. I don't know why, and I don't think the lighting guys know either. So we always said it was the ghost. OH and one time, I was in the bathroom, and my friend Meaghan had just told me that someone had hanged (yes, not hung... I learned this last year haha) herself in the closet of the girls bathroom. And when I was in there, the closet door started banging against the door frame and I was like AHHHHHHHH! I ran. But I washed my hands first. Don't worry.
So, in today's newspaper, there was a write-up about the history of the theater, and I read about some big Hollywood silent film star who the theater was originally named after and created by. Thomas Meighan. DUDE. I SO KNOW HE IS THE GHOST. So, next time I'm there I'm gonna say "HEYYY TOMMY!" to the balcony. And then maybe it'll be some whole "Phantom of the Opera" thing and he'll be like, "Siinnggg my angel, sinngggg!" and I'll do opera and then we'll be in a boat in secret passageways. Wow. My imagination is so damned cool.
But really. I'm scared now. :-)
Ooh!
