Ask, and I will..

1. Tell you why I friended you.
2. Associate you with something - fandom, a song, a color, a photo, a word etc.
3. Tell you something I like about you.
4. Tell you a memory I have of you.
5. Ask something I've always wanted to know about you.
6. Tell you my favorite user pic of yours.
7. In return, you must post this in your Lj.

1. Because you are the Engie, the Engie must be friended because the Engie is a friend (also this way I can see your posts on my friends page which I must log on and check more often)
2. Engineer, Rattrap, sugar cubes, DELICIOUS GUMBO, Knights of Cydonia and Supermassive Black Hole by Muse, SA, :emoticon:, and high-level quality control
3. I like how good you are at giving advice. Age has nothing to do with it, your advice is well grounded and calm. I can get excessively skittish when faced with a tough choice but the way you phrase and present advice makes all the difference. It makes me want to pull up my socks and be as aware of the world as you are.
4. Ravenholm was the best of times, it was the worst of times.
Remember that time in Steam group chat where we were mivehinding by responding at the same time with the same responses and Hoshi was having a fun with us and asked which one was the bottom. There was much laughing about it afterward though really it must have appeared like we were a split personality with access to two PCs. Makes for a good gag skit, I think where we fake the audience out with identical behaviours.
There were times when people were genuinely mixing us up. I can't blame them to a point as I tend to parrot thought patterns but I still find it kind of funny. The moment also sticks in my head because I think that was close around the time of the matchmaking. There's another memory for you! You're still 1/1 on the scoreboard for that one.
5. My question: What is the first cartoon you remember watching?
My response to the music-question: I like British progressive rock, post-punk, Britpunk, techno, house, rocket-roll/space rock, classic rock, smooth modern jazz, and all variety of mixes in-between. Sometimes it's easier for me to point out favourite bands because my tastes are pretty varied. Back when Pandora was available to Canucks there was a unifying factor in all these bands but I can't remember what it was:
Marillion, Pink Floyd, Supertramp, Madness, The Killers, Devo, The Buggles, Frankie Goes to Hollywood, Atomic 7, MSTRKRFT, Kraftwerk, Laibach, Daft Punk, DAFT PUNK >:V, The Future Sound of London, Boards of Canada, Dion and the Belmonts, Tommy James and the Shondells, Diana Krall, and Petula Clark
Sometimes I also enjoy a good shameful audiowank like Joe Satriani which is GUITARS GUITARS GUITARS (sometimes sexy drums)

I go in cycles. Right now I am listening very hard to Devo. Damn son. I grew up listening to scraps of these guys on the radio. The first memorable exposure I had in a way was Whip It and Weird Al's "Dare to Be Stupid" video which was a style tribute. Then I listened to more of the original stuff and didn't get it at all. I never would have guessed I'd be loving on them this hard at the moment. I think I've mentioned it before but I wish I had Mark's moves from this video. Robotic dancing is the best the best the best.

6. Peekery. The combination of Jack from Power Stone and a hint of French are my favourite. I saw what you did there!
7. Done and done :V
