double nico nico!
I didn't get a picture of my own nico nico, but... on 11/12/16, we had two self-pick nico nico hands!
The first was by Big Joma, who had a three of a kind but threw one of them out so she could wait for 8 different cards. It ended up costing us each 14 tai because of various reasons... ><
The second was a really confusing hand by me, because I an gang a four-of-a-kind... so... it was a big mess... I actually thought I might have accidentally won already... (and I might have. to this day I'm still confused.), but because I had already stuck the card into my hand, I had to throw one out... >< I kept going back and forth on it... and I wasn't sure how to win...but after much discussion at the table, we figured it out, so I also threw out one of my three-of-a-kind, and I waited for a single card, whichever one was in my hand. So I had:
4-of-a-kind an kang
6 pairs
1 single card
So ultimately, I decided to wait on the 9 ball... and while we were still talking, I got the 2nd 9 ball, back-to-back just like that. SO THRILLING. I don't even know how I ended up nico nico, it happened by accident and then before I knew it, it was done! I was only thinking about pengpenghu, but for some reason none of the cards were coming... mine cost everyone 13 tai because of self-pick, dealer, waiting on a single card, 2 tai for the an gang + 8 for the niconico.
... mwuahahaha ....... my 2nd self-pick nico nico! Feels pretty good. Hands were not shaking this time.
