Update
I realize I never really write anything of consequence on this thing. Mostly just relpies to everyone else so just in case anyone is interested in what I'm up to...
- I've finally picked my major. My Dad HATES it. So, naturally, I love it. I've started my major in CEDP Psychology. That's Couseling, Educational, Develeopmental Psychology for those of you who are like, "what psyc?" I'm not so much into the educational thing (I've never wanted to teach) so I'm getting a BS rather than a BA. I'm minoring in Psychology (that's the more experimental side of psychology). I'm taking Scientific Principals of Psychology right now and I'm just wrapping up and writing a paper on this huge experiment I did on the use of qualifers in potential situations of arrogance. Really interesting actually if anyone wants to read it when I'm done. I've decided that I'm going all the way through and I'm just going to do my masters as soon as I'm done with my BS. I'm going to get a masters in social work. I guess with those three things you can do pretty much anything you want in the social sciences field. Wahoo! What I really want to do is open my own practice, which I can do with a masters. The crappy thing about all of this is a I have a good 4-4 1/2 years left. Yuck. It will be worth it to do what I really want though.
-Brian and I just celebrated our one year anniversay. I know to some...well a lot of you, you're like "one year? Hah! I have like four on you!" But I can't help but be proud of myself. One year and I'm happier than ever. And I got a sparkly. Yeah!
-I'm moving this summer! I'm still living out where I always have but I'm getting my own apartment rather than having a roommate. I'm kind of excited to live on my own. Don't get my wrong I love my roommate to death and we get along great but I just want this experience sometime in my life. Anyways, I'm living with all of my closest friends on all sides of me. It's going to be like one giant "Friends" episode.
-I'm trying to figure out if I'll be able to make the camping trip this year. I have three part time jobs this summer so...I'll try. I'm going to be BUSY! It's ok if I bring Brian, yes? Keep me updated...and pray for no rain!
