i realized like all the entries since france has been about law school, it's running my life. sad.
as i finally torn myself from procrastination and read for french lit today, i really really really loved the new book we're reading called "Une Femme" (a woman). it's this person writing about the memories of her mother. extremely sad but it really hit a cord with me. i've never read/heard anything that so accurately depicts the (i think, very unique) relationship between a mother and an only-child daughter. I cried from the middle to the end of the book. wow, just wow.
