Nimue sits in the grass by the shore of the lake, waiting for Spike to show up. He has asked to see her patient, and thus she is patient and awaiting his arrival. She will take no risk of missing his call.
Spike is ready, walking across the grounds, armed not with his briefcase but with his medical bag. He has a relaxed expression on his face as he greets Nimue. "Nice day. So you said he's under the lake?"
"Good day to you as well." She inclines her head towards Spike. "Yes, he is under the lake, and so shall we be soon." She calls a bubble up from the bottom of the lake, large enough for the both of them. "Proceed into that, and we shall go down."
She stares at him a bit. "How else would I get to my home?" She walks in and commands the bubble to go down to the bottom of the lake. It settles right in front of a door, which she opens. "Walk straight through. You will be able to breathe."
Nimue follows through the door. "It is safe, nothing to fear. Follow me to his room. He was awake when I left." She walks in and turns into a small passage, heading to a door at the end of the hallway.
Andy looked toward the door and grinned at the newcomer. "I've been better, but it could always be worse. You're the werewolf expert that Nimue told me about?"
For Spike, smiles are contagious and he couldn't help grinning back. "Good. Not in any pain?" He paused for a moment and looked down at the medical bag. "Expert's not quite the word for it, but if you're bitten I can help."
"Only when I move." He grinned again and motioned to his still splinted arm and bandaged ribs. "We're pretty sure I wasn't bitten, but better safe than sorry, right?"

Spike looks uneasily at the water outside the bubble. He trusts Nimue, but can't help taking a deep breath anyway before stepping through the door.
