Happy New Year everyone!
Well, I got back in the gym to get back to working out. Two Fridays ago, one of the trainers had a cancelation so talked them into a session. I told them I wanted to work on my legs. One hour later I was wobbling out of the gym and to the car. Good thing it wasn't windy out. For the next couple of days I dealt with stiff and aching quads and hammys. Walking around was rough. A friend drove by in his truck, saw my miserable state and turned around to see if I was OK. Ha, I must have been a sight to see. The pain subsided yesterday. Much better now.
I went to the New Year's Day dive and helped with shore support. Everything was fine until a wind started blowing in from the North. Then it got really cold. Good thing there was plenty of hot burgers back at the shop.
For the moment, I'm still getting ready for the new year. Budgets, gear repairs, software updates and appointment memos are piled high on the desk. I'm already looking at April.
Rehab worked amazingly well on my shoulder. Back to 100 percent with no pain at all.
