(no subject)
Since I've lost my job I've gotten phone calls from a certain "mortgage company" wanting me to redo my mortgage with them. Every time they call it goes like this:
THEM: "I'd like to talk to you about your VA loan"
ME: "Well I'm unemployed right now and not looking to get any further into debt."
THEM: "Great news sir, their is no employment check."
ME: "I can't pay the mortgage I have now."
THEM: "Uh, um, but there is no out of pocket expense"
ME: "So you're telling me you would sell me a loan you know I can't pay?"
THEM: stunned silence then... "I'm sorry"
ME: "Whatever!" *Click*
Without fail this place calls at least every other day. How desperate can they be?
