Our house finally sold. We closed on it yesterday. I don’t have the intestinal fortitude to wheel and deal in real estate. Now I’ll just enjoy our new house and hopefully make enough upgrades (but not too many) to make this house more marketable if/when the time comes to sell. That and keep our fingers crossed that the market doesn't burn us.

It took 6 months and dropping the price by close to $20K. It's definitely a buyer's market... at last around here. Good luck.
