I'm sharing this in case anyone is not following the LJ Advisory Board Elections (and I guess, reading more about it now myself, I strongly advise you do) - it's a breakdown of the fandom supporters amongst the candidates.  I'm on LJ for primarily fannish reasons and I think having someone on the board who would lend support to the various issues that people who live, create, and enjoy fandom face is important to sustaining not just the communities I visit, but LJ as a whole.

I'm sure there are other reasons and people who would do a satisfactory job, fwiw, I voted for
