conclusions
I've come to a number of conclusions today so far.
1) My dad's cd player (which my half-sister originally purchased for me) totally sucks. The ear phones, which I think I got at a KB Toys, also are majorly deficient. Lets just say that I need to not move the player and keep my head completely still. I will now take time to mention that those two things added together do not exactly make it easy for a person (namely me) to bike ride properly, comfortably, or safely. Though really, I probably shouldn't be biking while listening to music anyway... *shrug*
2) Scandinavia is good. Let me name some things that lead me to this deduction:
Viggo Mortensen. Sigur Ros. All those great indie bands that I and a few other people know about. This interesting brand of bottled water called 'voss' which I found in my refridgerator. Those great tasting pastries. Vikings. Awesome legends. The list goes on...
3) Post-rock saves lives

owns you
rules the world
is beautiful
4) You can kill somebody with peanut butter. (Thanks for that tidbit, Steffi.)

P.S. You should all buy the cd I'm currently listening to. I downloaded all the tracks off of the internet (for free, mind you) and then I bought their cd anyway because I felt that I needed to give money to people who can create such gorgeous music.
