I haven't lost touch with reality yet...
this weekend was crazy. I'm still recovering.
Went to winter haven, and caught my aunt in one of her crazy moods, so we ended up at the bar, Old Man Franks, saw Heath, happens that his birthday is today, even though I could have sworn that it was in November. I felt a little stupid. Talked to a few people at the bar, just hanging out. We left around 11. Then Cathy and I went swimming and took a dip in the hot tub, just talked about whatever came to our semi-concious minds. It's interesting some of the insight you gain when a little tipsy, because I remember things and people are most honest when they have been drinking, you learn more than you would ever think possible. Life is interesting that way.
I wish people were more honest, without alcohol.
Mom and I drove back this morning, got into town around 1ish and headed over to the bead show in Mandarin. Spent a little more than I thought we should have, but I have some very very cool pieces and ideas now. I can't wait to start playing.
Gotta get back to school tomorrow, and then I have convocation on Tuesday, Wednesday is full of nothing til class at 3:30 in which I may shoot myself and then Thursday is more class, which I need to read for and then Friday, back home. On paper it looks much shorter than I know it will seem.
I need to put things in perspective and get my life back in order.
