Intel fellowship
From the department head:
"Tess -
I am pleased to inform you that you have been nominated as one of our
potential applicants to the Intel PhD Fellowship Program for
2007. This Fellowship is for 2 years and will provide you with a
$20,000 annual stipend in addition to paying your tuition, fees and
other expenses. (...)"
And a new laptop!! He forgot about the laptop! And a chance to go an internship at Intel and some Intel contacts. Could prove useful. Updating my resume right now. I'd really like to get that. I'm hoping the application pool is limited - you have to be nominated to even apply. Then again, I don't know how many they're handing out. *crosses fingers and tried to think of more action words to put on resume*
