(no subject)
Midterms are over. Hallelujah!
And I'm going to see Tristan and Isolde tonight which I am very excited about.
I go through periods of obsession. And I mean plaster-my-walls-with-their-photograph-obsessions. The most significant ones are as follows:
Alena obsession grades 3-5 : Hanson
Alena obsession grades 6-7 : Josh Hartnett
Alena obsession grade 8 : Abs from the boy band Five
And then when Garden State came out, I became obsessed with that. Watched it constantly, read everything I could find about it.
Then, like all of my other obsessions(except Hanson), I kinda got over it.
But last week Neil and I traded DVDs - his Scrubs for my Arrested Development.
So the list of obsessions continues.
Alena obsession of the present : Zach Braff
Oh mama.
But this time, unlike the past, it's not just because I think he's cute (See entry dated 1-10). Zach Braff is really a comedic genius - genius might be taking it a little far but you get the point. If you have seen Scrubs or Garden State (which he wrote, directed and starred in) I think you will agree with me.
I have a comma/parenthesis problem.
Mark : Man, that's the most worked up I've ever seen you.
Sam : He's protecting me.
Large: So?
Sam : He likes me!
Large : Don't be cute.
Sam : He's my knight in shining armor.
Large : Don't talk about knights around Mark, it's a sore subject.
