EGG-COOKING CAMEL

am currently in Psychology. Jane is not gonna be here for the next two weeks so we have a sub and hence get to do useless things during class like LJ
Yesterday I was in a bad-good mood. Managed to get away without doing any of my homework, what a blessing
Started watching Like Water for Chocolate during Club Espanol and just nattered away to Kat during our free. I love Thursdays, I love feelings as though the school day is shorter than it is
Walked out with Sara afterwards to be picked up at the end of the drive by Tiff. We went straight to her office and I began to get into Roy's The God of Small Things and happily sat reading very very slowly. We went for dinner @this little "indie"(Tiff keeps using that word to describe it without knowing truly what it means, in fact I doubt I can define it either) restaurant called Food for Thought near her place. It was small, cooled by fans, and for a good cause
10% of what you pay goes to purifying water in third world countries, 7cents buys a water purifying sachet. The food is good, and decently priced - I had a chicken-pesto sandwich stuffed with roasted veggies. Was good, and felt healthy
But the cake, ohhhh the cake!! Our first slice was a chocolate-banana-malteaser cake. Absolutely decadent, rich and wonderful tasting. Ended up buying an entire one for Kevin's birthday after class
This co-worker of Tiff'f saw me, surprised. And when Tiff introduced me she told me I had grown much prettier and that she should introduce me to her son
Class was alright, we did printing. I did one of a camel cooking an egg on its back... and a whale about to eat a slice of cake. He gave us a free "styloform" box containing a fish burger, which I accepted immediately despite being too full
Perhaps he noticed we were always hungry/eating in class. Brought it home, its in our fridge. Went home, drew a camel-shaped cake with candles and coloured it with poster colours - a birthday card. I was happy doing it
and thought to myself that it felt so good to fill a space within black lines with smooth, even colour on a good paintbrush. Inadvertently broke Octavian's water thing
panicked and spent half an hour using stupid methods to attempt to fix it... superglue, tape and at one point even Clingfilm.
Although I slept late, I actually went in for Lyndsey's English double. Has been a really chill day, but I need a nap before going out tonight
Even wore my glasses to school so I can put in my contacts later before heading out. Spent my two double frees watching House(for the first time) with Katherine. Wasn't bad, wasn't bad at all. Class is over, cheerio!
