Had class last night. And remarkably enough, I'm NOT dead!! I'm so happy! *wipes away a tear* Sore, but not dead.
Spoke with the instructor before the class. Told him that I really am out of shape, and I can do some of the exercises, just not as fast as he was having everyone do them. Some of them, I can't do, but I told him I want to try.
The class went very well, by the by. Worked on the punching exercises some more, and when it was time to do exercises at the end, he 1) didn't do all the exercises he did Tuesday and 2) he slowed down the exercises so I could keep up. Felt good, actually, and I was able to finish them.
AND! I jumped rope! And my boobs aren't bruised this time! *dances with joy* I was so proud of myself 'cause I was able to do it.
