To borrow and re-word the words of my friend Lindsay:
Did he hear the wall around my heart fall when he kissed me? Boys do hear that stuff. They use it as a signal to pounce and wreck the hearts of girls. Does he now hear the sound of my heart weeping from his silence? Certainly he does, but he is too apathetic and selfish to do anything about it.
Why did I allow him to do this? Why couldn't I just keep my guard up? Thats it!! Shields Up! NEVER AGAIN!!
