woot. sicky me
Well, yesterday was officially the 2 week mark before I leave Alternatives.
Feb.11th is my last day. It's actually pretty sad--since I really like all the people there. LJ and msn have made things good, but even some of the customers i'm used to chatting with every Friday I won't see anymore. Aww.
I'm sick so I'm not at work today. I couldn't talk much yesterday, and then I started having coughing fits in front of 2 poor customers :/ My excuse was something stuck in my throat, but i couldn't even talk, i just had to run away with them standing there to go get water. I'm so glad I'm staying at home. I mean, I guess that means I can be doing homework... some extra time to work on my maquette in my house coat, with LOTS of nice hot tea, soup, and ricola. Mmm.
Went to Toronto and had soup at Fresh (juice for life... damn them for changing the name! though it is kinda catchy...) and bought some fake cheese and lots of carrot/chocolate cake slices to give myself at treat at work.
My birthday is coming up soon, it's kind of exciting as well as terrifying. 20. Ouch. February 18th is my DRIVING TEST, AGAIN. I'd BETTER pass, and I haven't gone out driving in over a month! My mom seemed iffy about me going out driving in the snow, but AHEM. It's FEBRUARY. I don't know what she expected, but if I am going to pass my test I need more practise. What better time than now.
