I just realized that I compliment people with an expressionless face. I don't like people who over exaggerate and sound fake. But at the same time I wondered today while I heard myself say "that's a great idea" if I sounded believable....(don't imagine monotone, just expressionless)
Management is so difficult. I can't complain about management too much, although I think that some are more clueless than others... some people actually DE-motivate me when they compliment.
