So who thinks I'll survive in New York? I'll plan on visiting there once, but for now with only glamorous images of the Big Apple and getting very restless in Seattle, I day dream about moving there these days

Speaking of New York, I'm actually going there on Friday for a weeklong break after this quarter. And I'm going to be living in Brooklyn by myself! Haha, I'll let you know how it is!

Whoops lol. I'm jealous that you get to New York even if its Brooklyn (plus I've never been there so who knows if its actually ghetto :P)

There's a train that goes into Manhattan from Brooklyn, it's super convenient and I used it every day. I even took a train to New Jersey to check out a hospital site there that I might rotate at next year.

I had a great time there and I saw a lot of old friends! Now I really wanna go there again! haha I didn't do much damage but a few good items ;)

I think I'd be completely overwhelmed in new york ... visiting is fine, but I can't imagine living there. I feel like I'd have some sort of mental breakdown.

I kind of even feel overwhelmed here! it's really so different ... last night I heard screaming from neighbors and I just thought, "eeeekkk!!" there are just some elements of big cities that you don't get when you're in suburbs.... some good, but some not so good.

but anyway, who's to say you won't survive? no harm in trying, and you're still young! so even if you come back crying and defeated, no big deal. :)
