Oh man I just came home from watching X Men Origins.
Yeah I hadn't read any preview and only knew from the title that it was about Logan's origins (duh) and that Gambit and Scott were gonna be on it. I admit the first half of the movie didn't exciet me that much - the same old love story that turns tragic and to a dramatic revenge pursuit. Man I couldn't have been more mistaken. Very nice plot twists indeed! And I like how they showed mutants we'd never seen before (at least I hadn't since I don't read the comics).
And is it just me or does Victor later becomes Sabertooth? I kinda got that impression. If so it's kinda disappointing. I mean he just became a mindless beast.
And wow I had no idea Logan was from the 19th century. I didn't like his bone claws...
I knew there was a woman in Logan's past but I had no idea she had been a mutant too. And woot! Was Gambit hot or what? I hope he appears in the sequel to the 3rd movie really...Cuz yeah there gotta be a sequel to that movie. I refuse to believe Scott died in such a way! Professor Xavier can't end up in a comatose guy forever. And Jean is the phoenix, which means she revives from the ashes XD; Lol this is my wishful thinking yeah. But I digress. The ending for this one was sad, as expected. How Logan lost his memories of Kayla. But I think that, like CLAMP says, the body remembers. The look on his face when he saw her lying there. I think deep down he knew he had loved her.
Hm ok I think that's about it. I wish Kayla had told that bastard to shoot >_>
And I totally have to get some Gambit icons...
