i have in front of me two, count them, two packets of nicotine patches, which i am invibing with god-like qualities to save me from my lack of self restraint.
Well where fags are concerned at least.
Tomorrow morning..first thing..the patch goes on, and the lighter et al gets thrown into the bin.
Apparently things ive got to look forward to are;
Cravings ; my brain missing its nicotine fix
Coughing; Lungs clearing themselves of tar
Hunger; Food tastes better apparently
Bowel Changes; constipation or diarrhoea (eh?)
Trouble sleeping; Disturbed sleep patterns by nicotine withdrawl
Dizziness; more oxygen to brain
Mood Swings; nothing new there then
Basically it seems to be promising this glorious sunlight future of non smoking resembles my usual Sunday Morning Hangover.
