oh. weird. i haven't posted in about a month.
i'm in london, finally. i can't believe it.
i've come to realize that, compared to europeans, i am a pretty impatient person. it seems as if all i've been doing since i arrived here is waiting--on people, on busses, on the tube, on sorting out classes, on starting classes---everything.
things here are a lot less organized than the states, i find it frustrating. i keep telling myself to breathe.
no cute britmens yet, though. i'm sickies so my sociability has been impeded. oh wait, i lied, i had eye sex with a tall, dark, and handsome french man. that night was made up of quintessential movie moments --- my high heels cutting deep holes into my feet (they still haven't healed) while walking on a random bridge in the pouring rain trying to find friends, fireworks going off on the thames through it all. those holes in my feet were all worth it for that instant in which i locked eyes with that beautiful, beautiful man.
i wish toby would e-mail me back about this one class that i have to switch out of since there is not enough time to get back to this campus for my next class.
i need to act more european, i think.
