Hi, thanks for writing for me! I hope this letter is helpful. Some of it is recycled from last year, but I still really want everything I'm asking for! For reference, my AO3 name is lah_mrh, same as on here.

Chip's Challenge (Chip)
I've loved this game for pretty much as long as I can remember. The in-game story is pretty slim - Chip wants to join Melinda's club, the Bit Busters, but has to prove his worth by making his way through the levels of her laboratory, avoiding monsters, killer floors, and the threat of being crushed by giant blocks. You can download the game here, or buy it on Steam (albeit as a slightly different version) if you're interested in giving it a try.
For fic, I'd love to see Chip's reaction to the monsters and other things he encounters, or maybe something about how he experiences the game mechanics - what happens when he "dies", for example? Does it bother him having to carry around keys and computer chips that are as big as he is? I'd also like to know how he feels about everything Melinda put him through. Does she make everyone who joins go through this madness? And why?
Please no Chip/Melinda.
Everybody - Don Broco (Music Video) (Any - Dancing Cowboy, Captive Woman, Female Detective, Male Detective)
The video.
I have so many questions. How did the woman at the start get into that situation? Who is the Cowboy guy and why is he dancing? How does he make other people dance? Is it some kind of mind control or virus or aliens? Why do they all have giant grins? Who are the random guys in the room when the detectives arrive? How did the female detective manage to shoot the male one with her finger guns? Did he really die and come back to life, or was it just pretend?
Basically any explanation of just what the hell is going on in this video would be awesome.
The Outcasts (2017) (Any - Mindy, Jodi, Claire, Sugar)
I watched this movie on Netflix and immediately wanted fic. The whole thing was so much fun - I loved Mindy's t-shirts and her passion for science, and Jodi's awkward interactions with her dad and Dave, and Claire the Girl Scout and her odd friendship with Sugar. I'd love to see something about Mindy's time at MIT and how she and Jodi deal with their friendship becoming long-distance, or Claire and Sugar's activist group that's mentioned in the ending, or any of the other three's attempts at getting Claire a date. (On that note, I'd also love to see some Claire romance, whether that's with any of the others or an OFC).
Gen or femslash both great, but please no het fic. (Canon pairings are OK as long as they're background, I just really want the focus to be on the girls.)
Welcome to the Ark - Stephanie S. Tolan (Any - Miranda, Doug, Taryn, Elijah)
I first read this book when I was thirteen, and ever since I've wanted to know what happens next. I love the story of these four misfit kids who meet and form a connection and a family, (not to mention some pretty cool abilities) only for it all to be torn apart. The book ends with Miranda, Doug, and Taryn reuniting, but I've always wondered what happened to Elijah. Do they ever find him? And what about Noah and Abigail? They were important too, but they're barely mentioned in the ending. Do they get to see what their charges have become? I like to think they'd be proud. What plans do the now grown up kids have for saving the world? Do they try to set up a new Ark for kids like them?
I'd also be interested in worldbuilding - How many people like them are there out there? How/when did it start happening? Are all people with abilities driven to try and decrease the violence in the world, or are some of them out there trying to make it worse instead of better?
Any or all of the nominated characters are fine, in any combination. I'd prefer gen, but I'm okay with background Doug/Miranda or anyone/OC.
