First, I feel like I should mention that I don't ship this as a true love forever, marriage and babies type relationship. In my mind, while they care about each other a lot, they eventually decide they're better off as friends and get together with other people. That said, I have a real soft spot for the idea of Uhura introducing Spock to the joys of sex, so anything about that would make me happy. (Also, for the record, I take Vulcan body temperature as higher than human.)
Awkward Sex: I like the idea of their first time being awkward (possibly including any of the below), but still decent enough that they decide to keep practicing.
Experienced/Inexperienced: Like I mentioned above, I love the idea of experienced Uhura teaching virgin Spock about sex. I imagine he has some idea of the mechanics of it all, but acting on his knowledge is a little different.
Loss of Virginity: This is basically covered by the above. I'd really like Spock to be the one losing his virginity, but if you want to have them both be virgins, that's fine too.
Non-Human Genitalia: Feel free to go as weird as you want with Vulcan genitalia, or come at it from the other side and have Spock be confused because Uhura's body doesn't look like a Vulcan woman's would.
Premature Ejaculation: Between the inexperience, the Vulcan repression, and the touch telepathy, Spock would probably get overwhelmed pretty easily. Maybe they have to practice a bit before he gets it right.

I think they'd have a lot of fun together, with Gaila encouraging Uhura to open up more and try new things. I'd especially love a fic from Uhura's POV, but that's totally optional.
Awkward Sex: Even Orions can't have perfect sex all the time. Show me a time when it isn't.
Bondage: Rope, or maybe something more exotic like plant tendrils or tentacles. (Just for bondage, though.) Just as long as everyone's having fun and enjoying themselves.

I love this pairing, it's my OTP. My favourite is fic set during the movie era when they're older, but stuff set during the series is great too. I especially like fic that focuses on the alien aspects of Spock's physiology, and how his understanding of sex and relationships differs from Kirk's. In general I prefer Kirk to be the one taking the lead in their encounters, but their actual physical positions aren't that important to me. (Also, in case it matters, I take Vulcan body temperature as higher than human.)
Accidental Soul Bonding (Made Them Do It): I really love fic where they end up bonding accidentally due to closeness and compatible minds. Maybe they have to have sex to properly seal the bond, or maybe they're just drawn to each other without really knowing why.
Awkward Sex: I don't think going from being best friends to being lovers would be entirely without issue, and I'd love to see them trying to navigate that change in their relationship and not getting it perfect first time.
Bondage: I like the idea of people being tied up, but I'd prefer nothing too hardcore, more along the lines of rope or fuzzy handcuffs. Also, if Spock's the one being tied up, I'd love if there was an element of honour bondage to it - i.e. that he has the strength to break free if he wanted to, but he doesn't.

Insecurity: Both of them have some major insecurities, so I don't mind who you focus on. I can see Spock being insecure about his body, or his lack of experience, or Kirk being insecure because none of his previous relationships have worked out. (And if it's set after The Motion Picture I can see Kirk being very wary about the idea of Spock leaving him again.)
Knotting: This one kind of overlaps with 'Non-Human Genitalia' below, but I kind of like the idea of Vulcans knotting their partners. Especially if Kirk is caught between being turned on and finding it a little weird.
Language Kink: I like the idea of Kirk getting turned on by Spock speaking Vulcan in bed. Or maybe Kirk learns some Vulcan and Spock gets unexpectedly turned on by Kirk speaking his language?
Mating Cycles/In Heat: Pon farr is one of my absolute favourite tropes. I'd love it as part of an established relationship (especially during the movie era), but first time is great too. I prefer the focus to be on the need for sex rather than any sort of violence - bruises and soreness and exhaustion is fine, but no major injuries please. This is also the only exception to my 'jealousy/possessive behaviour' DNW, so if you want to write Spock getting a little possessive of Kirk while he's in the fever, go right ahead.
Non-Human Genitalia: I'd love to see Kirk's reaction to whatever Spock's hiding in his pants. Feel free to go as weird as you want with the descriptions of Vulcan genitalia, as long as it's more interesting than the ubiquitous 'like human but with an extra ridge', I'll be happy.
Praise Kink: Spock hasn't had a lot of affection in his life, so I can see him soaking up Kirk's warmth and praise like a sponge. And Kirk is more than happy to give it.
Rending of Clothing: So we all know how often Kirk rips his shirts in canon. Clearly that material is no match for Vulcan strength. I imagine the first time it's an accident, but then they're both so into it that they start doing it more often. (But maybe not always with uniforms, or Starfleet will start asking questions.)
Roleplay: I think Kirk and Spock would really enjoy roleplaying, given the number of times they play dress-up in canon. I'd love to see Spock as a professor and Kirk as the student trying to bribe him, or Kirk as a master and Spock his beloved slave, or even some kind of Vulcan warrior roleplay. (Or 'A Piece of the Action'-style gangster roleplay could be fun too.) Whatever it is, I'd like them to have fun with it, even if I could see Spock being a little dubious at first.
Service Submission: Spock enjoys taking care of Kirk and making him happy. Kirk enjoys it too.
Sharing a Bed: They're on a landing party and shown to their room, but there is only one bed. Or maybe there is more than one bed but it's very cold so they decide to share a bed to keep warm.
Sharing Body Heat: They're trapped somewhere cold and have to keep each other warm, which of course leads to sex. Perhaps the traditional shuttle crash? Or an alien race that thrives in temperatures much colder than humans (and Vulcans) find comfortable?
Species Swap: Could be an AU where one (or both) of them is the opposite species, or it could be some kind of alien artefact/transporter accident. If the latter I'd love to see them try and adjust to their new physiology, both in and out of the bedroom.
Telepathic Sex: Mindmelding during sex is one of my favourite things, but I'd also enjoy seeing them use the bond for intimacy when they're too far apart to actually touch each other.
Undercover as a Couple: They're on a landing party to some planet and have to pretend to be a couple to gain the locals' trust. Or maybe something goes wrong and they have to pretend to be together to get out of it.
