Aw! I was delighted to find the reference to Gol in the story. I figured this would be younger K/S, and I adore that they're older in this story. Poor Spock eating an entire box of chocolates. I wonder what his role playing fantasy was going to be!

Well, my headcanon is that they didn't get together until after TMP, so a lot of what I write is movie-era. I wish there was more of it.

This was really sweet! I loved the little moment at the end, with Spock resting his head on Jim's shoulder. Like amiss, I really like that they're older in this.
