i have to do laundry tonight...and cut my hair...do dishes...shave my pubes...watch something on tv...sleep
oh...i got turned on to a sweet new way of making tunafish....usually i just like my tunafish with just mayo...and i love it!! my mom makes the best.
but Gen told me to make it with some onions and italian seasoning....so i did. i added salt, pepper, oregano, seasoned salt and a little basil....and then i added a decent amount of onions...but here was the key....i chopped the onion up in this chopper device that my mom gave me like 3 years ago which was still in the box. WHAT A FOOL I WAS TO NOT HAVE BROKEN THAT BAD BOY OUT A LONG TIME AGO!!! i just turned the handle and it chopped that onion up so fine. that allowed me to get more of the taste and add more onion to the tuna without it being chunky or crunchy (which i dont like). when i tell you that the tuna kicked ass i think i'm understating...IT ROCKED!!!! that is my new way to make tunafish and i think i'm gunna do it again tonight.
oh...i have to watch the world series. i watched my 2002 world series dvd last weekend where the angels won...my angels. surprise, surprise....it made me cry, too. lol. the baseball playoffs last year were magical. i'm guessing i'll never experience anything like it again. sharing it with my friends and my mom/sis/bro n law....it was amazing!! being at one of the games and hearing the deafening roar of the crowd and the thundersticks was something i'll never forget. lifelong memories...i love them.
oh..i'm going to the lakers/clippers game thursday night...kobe should be playing that night, which is cool.
i guess that's it. did i really just write that much about making tuna?? dammit!! =/
