He's not the decider for the United States Senate

Senator Kyl, he's already rejected it. The president's already -- I mean, the president went on national television... and gave his word to the American people that he would accept only a closed-door meeting with no transcript, not under oath, and limited number of people. He has said that is the only thing he would accept.
And I know he's the decider for the White House. He's not the decider for the United States Senate.
