grinding update
went to walgreens last night to find some relief from the grinding... purchased a $25 "mold it yourself" mouthpiece... had some fun scaulding my mouth with the plastic mouthpiece that you boil in hot water... then went to bed and squeaked as an alternative. today the jaw is sore in a totally different way...my top teeth are frustrated with me for

Julie and myself have tentatively planned a extended-version LOTR marathon..... stay at the house all day, order food in, smoke lots of weed... sounds pretty "dope" to me.
