Pie time!
Hello,
Today, I made my first pie with my mom! :O) Apple. Mmm! It came out pretty good. Instead of doing one sheet of crust on the top, I decided to do a lattice top. I liked doing it that way, more apple, less crust. I took some pictures, so I will post those soon.
Anyway, tomorrow there is a mass for my grandma at 9:00am. I just found out tonight. I should be sleeping, but I can't right now. I've had this problem lately where I can't fall asleep. blah... Too much on my mind, I guess? So, of course I've been sleeping late. Hopefully having to get up early tomorrow will reset my clock, which is currently broken. :OP
Mike is going to come down tomorrow and we are going to get breakfast at the Main St Cafe. We used to go there every so often. It was like one of our "spots". Made me sad thinking about it earlier tonight. Then, we are going to go into Boston and do stuff (?). Mike said he had an idea or something tonight, but he wouldn't tell me.
Anyway, I guess I should get to bed. Night.
