Job update... ::pttt::
So I found a few part-time jobs to apply to. They were all posted today or yesterday. One is for a design company newsletter that comes out quarterly, one is for a junior designer position at a communications firm, and the one I am most interested in is for a wedding photographer position. The last one pays really well. Ideally, I would work at two of the jobs, if I can get them. I'm going to send my stuff in tomorrow. Hopefully, I'll get something out of it. I really need the money at this point. :O/
I finally got in touch with the guy at The Warren Group. They hired the person that did part-time work for them. Makes sense... but still sucks. It was a pretty good conversation though. He said he kept my resume and would contact me if anything else opens up there. I really wanted that job... Oh well. I guess this way I can maybe do some photography, if this place will hire me. I wanted to do some photography work, so these part-time jobs might be a good experience for a little while. No benefits though, but hopefully I'll be able to earn enough to pay my bills and whatnot.
That's pretty much it for now. I'd only seen one other possible job opportunity for the past 3 weeks or so. And I didn't hear back from them. Things are rough out there.
