Fifteen years ago, Schiavo collapsed in her home from a possible potassium imbalance caused by an eating disorder, temporarily stopping her heart and cutting off oxygen to her brain. She'd been kept alive with a feeding tube ever since.
I, like everyone else, have been intrigued by the Schiavo ordeal going on in the states, mostly because I'm not entirely sure how I feel about all of it. I think I'm missing some vital legal information. Help, anyone?
