I think i have finally gotten through to my parents. When i first came home for thanksgiving i talkd about wanting go study abroad second semester of sophomore year and both my parents laughed at me and blew it off. so while driving down for christmas break with my dad i explained to him that no matter what i was studying abroad in italy and im serious about this to the point of that im taking italian this spring as well as next fall. so i think i got through to him. my mom is not that easy, she has basicaly just been laughing it off as one of my whims but yesterday she made a comment that unless i have above a 3.0 im not going to europe for her to actually make a comment like this means she is atleast considering it and for once has heard me. Maybe were making progress.
