clipping nail advice - cross posted to petbulls

Hello all.  I was hoping to get some suggestions for making nail clipping easier.  I did look through the tags, but didn't see anything.  Grace isn't a fighter, but she doesn't like it much and I am so new at this that I'm just not sure how to go about it to make it more of a happy event (if that is possible? LOL).

She's lovely. My bunny is quite an angry little lady when I try to clip her nails though. When you find an answer, let me know ^.^

She sure is a pretty girl! I don't know many people with pets who like having their nails trimmed. And dog nails are tough to trim...hard as -- well, "nails." LOL! I've heard that the grinder trimmer thing doesn't really work as well as it is advertised, either. My daughter has had several returned with complaints to the store, so...buyer beware?

Those grinder things do NOT work. I had the vet clip them, best 18 bucks I've spent lately! I did MiMi's today, she wasn't thrilled, but didn't fight to much.
