dum de dum

so we made over 25, 000 dollars on Tag Day! Thank you everybody who helped out. There are many funny stories to tell, like when I went with Nick Ingraham in the afternoon. Nice kid.

We got so bored because no one answered the door. We made a total of 31 in the afternoon. So we started just house shopping, if you will. We were in the houses across from Giant in Greenbriar and they were huge and really nice. We'd look in the glass panels on the sides of the door while we aited to see if anyone would come.

*Nick spies a kids backpack on a chair by the door*
Nick: Oh look, they have kids
Me: Oh yeah
Nick: I couldn't have kids in a house this big
Me: *what? like there isn't enough room for them?*
Nick: Kids? Where are you?
Nick: *kid voice* we're in the living room
Nick: Which one?
Nick: In my house, I'm in the basement and I can talk to my mom on the third floor...

And when it got so humid and rainy that the envelopes started sticking to themselves. So Carl decides, it would much less of a load if he could just stick the envelope to my back. So I walked around answering doors with a legal envelope on my back, with the money envelope stuck onto that. We got some funny double takes as we walked away.

We obsereved different yards, such as one that was growing cantalopes and pumpkins, one with one wildflowers, and one with weeds up my knees.
Me: You can tell a lot about a person by their yard
Carl: *laughing hysterically* You can tell a lot about a person by their unicorn? haha!
Me: Yard, Carl, yard. How did you get unicorn from yaarrrrDDD??!!
Carl: They have that yuh thing in the beginning...
Me: That's one syllable of how many?
Carl: Shut up
Carl: You know, that's going to be your new slogan *wistful* You can tell a lot about a person by their unicorn...
Me: Hey, I'm not the idiot that heard that!

*sigh* there is much to be doing. I shall run away.
