the guitar..
The acoustic guitar has always been my favourite musical instrument... I can't play it cos I got short arms and spastic fingers... tho after watching a few youtube clips of this J-rock artist miyavi (雅) I feel inspired to try picking it up again... (not that I'll ever be this good but its kinda inspiring) (also, not that I like J-rock, this was just recommended to me)
This piece seems to be his signature acoustic guitar solo. I love the whole guitar knocking and slapping thing that gives the guitar a kinda percussion quality to its overall sound.. It comes from a music video (and is slightly out of sync) and if that doesn't look real enough.. theres this next clip.
A short part of an oldie sung in what I prefer to call Engrish.. but live. The girl on the right comments alot of different sounds come from the guitar.. and that its really impressive, to which he jests is 'CG' (computer generated)
