I've never watched kdramas, but I used to watch jdramas, so I've seen the Japanese version of Boys over Flowers.

Oh I watched Hana Yori Dango recently! I'm not a big fan of j-dramas (I watched a bunch of them when I was a teen but I think Japanese fiction isn't my style) but I really like Oguri Shun (who plays Rui, the blond-ish guy) so I gave it a chance cause I need to practice my Japanese. It was fun, though. I liked that one. It's the first version of that drama I actually like, cause BOF tired me by the end and the Taiwanese version made me want to jump off the window, lol.

Ha ha, trust me, I know who Oguri Shun is. He's hot, that's who he is. XD And I also saw him in Gokusen, HanaKimi and possibly other stuff, and he's a seiyuu occasionally.

HAHAHAHA I'm literally just choosing his dramas to watch to practice Japanese precisely because of that xD Currently downloading Hana Kimi in fact! I didn't know he worked as a seiyuu too.
