Things you enjoy, even when no one around you wants to go out and play. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it to your journal... and then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to theirs

1.Drawing
Well, duh. This works better for me, as far as stress relief, than anything else. I've been pretty stressed lately. Hence my manic illustration of an entire chapter of Harry Potter book 5.
2.Singing
I love to sing, by myself, or in front of people. If the radio's on, I'm singing along.
3.Reading
Manga, novels, LJ entries . . . there's nothing like losing yourself in another reality to get your mind off things.
4.DDR! . . . ing
I enjoy playing a game where *I* actually earned the score *myself*, not some little pixelated guy on a screen. Plus it doubles as an aerobic workout!
Friend time
Especially the friends that are so close, you don't have to worry about entertaining each other. You can just BE. The former is stressful. The later is very soothing.

I'm not tagging anyone else. Y'all can fill it out if you want to ^_~
