Soul Calibur IV
So inbetween tags with Kamina (hellyouthinkiam) I shall TRY to briefly say what I did today with Clark xD
As the subject header suggests, we played Soul Calibur IV :O And Clark likes Vader. A lot. And he learned a lot of his signature moves and can be deadly xD
I'm still pretty good with Sophitia :D And I'm apparently deadly with Seong Mi-na o_o I KNOW/FIGURE OUT at least two of her more complex combos xD; And there is apparently a Seong Mi-na clone, Angol Fear, that Clark unlocked when he accidentally did Story Mode with Vader XD The Story Mode seems a bit...meh compared to the third game =\ But iunno, maybe it's somewhat different for the others? *shrugs*
But yeah, I basically went random after we bought all the other unlockable characters xD; And I'm pretty good with Tira. And decent with Talim (WHEN I DON'T ACCIDENTALLY FREAKING JUMP OVER THE PERSON AND OUT OF THE RING AFTER CREAMING THEM TO ALMOST DEATH. *dies.*) I kinna sucked with Amy at first, but I did better the second time around. And Cassandra.
And I kept getting Angol Fear wtf >_> She's kinna weird looking too. All anime looking xD;
I actually beat Clark not only with more KO's but also overall matches. We were tied, and then did one final one and I won :D With Cervantes of all people xD;
I think I've gotten better as a player overall. I used to just blindly button mash, but now I actually do controlled button mashing as mleep put it xD
Basically, I try to do the basic combos first, and then try to figure out the new ones with actual thought out button combinations :O I still need to work on blocking more xD But I'm getting with getting the throw in and cancelling throws (usually by luck >_>)
But yeah. I BEAT CLARK WHOO. He's waaaaaaaay better than me at these things xD But he likes Vader over Yoda. I mean Vader just has cool moves and Yoda just bounces all over the place >O> Well, I've never actually seen Yoda gameplay, but that's what I get from what Clark tells me xD
