The baby has been born!
This is Tim (Bri's husband). Since Bri is in the hospital still, I'll be giving everyone a brief bit of info about our new girl.
Before her doctor's appointment on Friday, Bri was having consistent contractions every 3 minutes, so we decided to go to the hospital. We got there around 5:45 am. After being admitted and hoping things would progress, Bri was eventually given an IV. At around 4 pm, Bri was dilated to about 6-7 centimeters. The doctor broke her water at 4:40 and at 5:19 Alyssa Mae Celeste was born. She is 22 inches long and weighs an incredible 10lbs!!! She is also a natural red head.
Bri should be coming home tomorrow late morning to early afternoon and will probably give you all more info then, as well as put some pictures online for everyone's viewing pleasure.
