Dean looked over the assembled gear one last time as he packed. Sam had been adamant about taking a break after their last hunt, so Dean was going it alone. There was no way he could just sit idly by, knowing about the hunt. Not if doing the job could save lives. That made the preparations even more critical. He wasn't sure where his not-so-little brother had run off to after their argument hours before, so Dean tossed the duffel onto the passenger seat and drove off. He figured he'd probably beat Sam back to the motel.
