Heh. I try and focus on their cuteness and their cuddly moments. Because I spend most of my day with them, they can easily drive me nuts. Lorien can't go on walks yet, but I'm anticipating even more attention when I'm walking them both. XD
Hate to say it, but once I got a look at Kimi's nose, that ain't no full blood husky nose, it's too long. Greyhound? Weinermara? Bad camera angle and I'm delusional?
Oh, we know. She's definitely not full bred. She's a mutt of unknown origins. (As is Lorien.) Which is fine by me, that whole thing that people have about "pure-bred" and "breeding lines" is not important to me. And I'm biased so I think they're the prettiest/cutest ever.
But what's your experience with the breed? *curious*
Actually, we've never had a husky ourselves but one of the guys on my ex's team had a great big Teddy Bear dog. The only thing anyone complained about was him trying to carry the baby around by the back of the shirt like a puppy by the scruff. Took forever - and the kid hitting 15 pounds - before he'd quit that.
Oh, and the howling. He used to think he was a wolf and howl along with the relaxation CDs Doug's wife used to play.

:D I'm quite ready for the bouncy, messy puppy stage to be over, actually.
I did get ahead of myself though. He's more like Padawan Puppy. :D I'm ready for Jedi Dog!
