Immortality is a Heavy Burden...

Name: Miranda Krory Lotto (Currently going by "Anja Jacobson" in her world)
Age: 140 (Yes, she keeps track)
Bio: Based on my this oneshot. The rest of the stuff here is just misc. information that I couldn't/didn't want to fit into the fic and need to write down to remember. Now in bullet form because Frank ate the nice paragraphs! D<
-It's been fifty-odd years since Krory died (meaning it's 2010); now she wanders Europe, watches over their descendants (all of whom have Krory's white streak) and generally observes history/occasionally helps out Lavi!Bookman's successor, a woman she calls Knell even though she dropped the name years ago to become Bookman.
-The Order tried everything they could think of to remove/destroy her Innocence or at least help her age again, even injecting her with akuma cells from the surviving third exorcists. None of it worked, and without any dark matter/Noah left there was really nothing to be done.
-The Order helped her fake her death a few times as needed
-Her and Krory lived above/ran a flower shop in England
-Her family (all grand and great-grandchildren) thinks she's a distant cousin
-Never stays in one place for more than five years, with an average of about two.
-Gets a new name, social security number, etc. every fifteen to twenty years.
-Served as a nurse in both world wars
-UN has replaced the Black Order
-Has connections to the UN "just in case" (mostly they just help her acquire new identities as needed)
-Picked up photography as a hobby over the years, and is decent. Also loves Shakespeare/theatre in general, though reading is her biggest means of entertainment (plays are expensive, y'know).
-Saw the Beatles when they were getting their start in Germany. Has a soft spot for their music but otherwise prefers classical/Victorian era stuff.
-Has a vague grasp of modern technology (knows what she needs to survive)
-Very touch-and-go about seeing people (strangers/acquaintances) dead or dying. Sometimes she's perfectly fine and comparatively composed about it, other times it freaks her out and makes her angst excessively and/or vomit. Really depends on the context; she's usually better about seeing people die from wounds and sickness than old age.
-She has consciously maintained her jumpiness in order to hide the fact that she can no longer feel pain.
-She is a committed pacifist. Not to say that she won't defend herself (or rather her Innocence), or sometimes, very rarely, slip up and slap you if you do or say something she feels warrants it.
-Was emotionally and mentally unstable for the first few decades after Krory's death, while she adjusted to the idea of living forever without him. She's better now though, except for her tendency to occasionally put/allow herself to get into somewhat dangerous situations.

Powers: Can invoke Rewind and Time Out simultaneously. Can Rewind to the point of de-aging someone to childhood. Has since learned she can freeze time around an object, if only for a short duration. Learning to perfect this technique to help brulureanneau take "shoes" (ATs) away from his world's Tyki. Cannot be physically harmed by anything, as if Time Out and/or Rewind have been invoked on her body permanently.

In the DR: Because of her experiences with her immortality/invulnerability, she has no real fear of Noah or any other danger (she cannot be harmed by an outside source, so she no longer feels physical pain). Some might say she even has a "devil may care" attitude about it at times, springing inwardly from a desire to be able to feel pain/age again, and outwardly from curiosity and some boredom. Miranda has also developed an extremely wide maternal streak, and has very little trouble showing it. Generally speaking, she's much more confident than she was during her years as an exorcist, now that she's gotten over the initial shock of seeing all her friends alive and for the most part, younger. Krorys make her nervous, sad, and incredibly, falsely hopeful, but she's getting better. Miranda also calls them by their first name out of habit. Although she doesn't think much about her age herself, she's generally uncomfortable telling people it if she thinks they'll pity her, or it'll bother them too much. Also, despite her aformentioned maternal streak, she's surprisingly bad with any attachments deeper than casual friendship. This is because: a. she's used to not being able to make them and b. she doesn't trust the DR to not take them or her home either frequently or permanently. She's getting a lot better, however.

Other: If her Innocence is destroyed, her body will instantly degrade to its true age (as well as simultaneously suffer any injuries, illnesses, etc she's sustained but not felt over the years), effectively killing her. There is no longer any dark matter in her world, making it impossible there, but on the in the DR it can definitely happen. At one point she was not aware of this, thinking its destruction would simply allow her to age again. After it was destroyed by solo_insanity at her behest, however, she's since learned this is not the case and will do her best to keep her Innocence intact. Miranda still wears her wedding ring; it serves as a keepsake and a way for her to remember her age, since her wedding date is engraved on the inside of the band (July 16th, 1898).
