The Lizzie Bennet Diaries
This is part of why I love The Lizzie Bennet Diaries so much.
But just part of it.
I also love that the characters (all of them, even Georgiana) are fully fleshed out with all the good, bad and ugly right there for everyone to see. I love that we can see character growth--like real character growth, happen right on screen like you would read it in a book. I also love that this adaption is the first in which I have ever cared one bit about Lydia. This version of Lydia, this version of Georgiana, this version of Charlotte--so very, very real. I just can't stop floundering about in the awesomeness of it all. Really. And I still really, really love Lizzie and Darcy, too.
And yeah, I know that this is the ump-teenth post I've made about this series. But seriously if you haven't seen it and you have any interest at all in Austen, go and take a look. It's really, really worth it.
