Writer's Block: Comped
I was working my Kroger #703 one afternoon and this little old lady is walking down the aisle with her husband, looking at the cookies/crackers. I was working out my everyday card project when she notices me and says, "You have a very beautiful complexion!" She turns to her husband and says, "Doesn't she have a lovely complexion? Nice rosie cheeks." He agrees with her and after thanking them both, they head on their way towards the dairy department. I had to say, it maybe have been the strangest compliment I have ever gotten, but it sure was the nicest. =) Made me feel good that my pale as white transparent paper skin looks good. =)
