bummer of a day
Hi LJ readers,,
I had a time getting to work today ,, it was raining and stormy. There was an accident on the bridge. 5 of the workers on the new bridge fell off when a scaffolding gave way , 1 was killed . it was sad indeed,, so I had to turn around and go to work the long way around (via 3 other towns) and my car hydroplaned and it scared the shit right outof me. I cried for a good 5 miles. but after I calmed down, the rain slowed, and I realezed that I was finally almost where I needed to be, I was alright.
My friend that I mentioned before... he called me !! WOO HOO !!! He has the most lovely soft sexy voice too. what a turn on,, I just let him talk and talk ,, he called again the other night, He needed my help. and he bravely gave me his number. mostly out of necessity LOL But brave nonetheless. He was trying to call our other friend on her birthday. He ended up writing her an e-mail and having her call .. so they finally got to talk to each other..I am so glad.
My kids have been gone for a while to their grandmothers ,, I think 2 weeks is way too long,, I have solelymoved , cleaned,and painted the whole room , (with exception of the couch) I wore myself slap out,, and tonight I have to do it somemore,, but it will be lovely when I get it done,
I think the kids will really like the change,,
I know I will . since some idiot painted almost the whole house in Lilac glossy paint,, (PUKE)
Well I suppose that I will get on with trying to look busy. I may write again later,,
our program is going up and down ,
