i'm back

i haven't really journaled in a long time, but since i can use this and myspace without my windos 98 computer freaking out, i thought i'd get back in touch with the old lj.
kat came to visit last month, and we had a blast at the beach for a few hours. well, before jackie's poor kid went into an allergic breakdown and john had to drive them to the hospital. but it was super seeing an old friend. kat always cheers me up.
also, my settlement is finally coming in from the car accident, so i'm going to splurge on timmy coming down to visit for a long weekend this summer.
other than that, nothing new. florida is warm and sunny, and has large viscious bugs.
and home depot is pretty cool.
